Yoga Half Days
These run for three hours each from 10.00am until 1.00pm and are held on a Saturday at Gurnard Village Hall off Worsley Road. This year, the half days are themed to correspond with the four seasons: Spring for renewal, Summer for flowing energy, Autumn for quietness and reflection and Winter for rest and peace. I am collaborating with fellow Yoga teacher Lizzy Bolwell to bring these events to you.
With the luxury of more time than we normally have in a weekly class, we will be able to explore asanas more deeply, practise pranayama more fully and experience longer and more profound meditation and relaxation techniques.
